Flow of Application Procedures

With this system, you can apply for permission to take off and land at locations other than airports, etc., apply for permission to fly at an altitude below the minimum safety altitude, and apply for notification of object drops.

    Enter and attach flight time, flight purpose, reason for the application, measures to prevent accidents, diagrams such as takeoff and landing zones (Article 79), flight route drawings (Article 81), and drawings such as drop locations (Article 89), and apply (notify).

  • STEP02 Examination and Confirmation

    Examination and Confirmation

    The application (notification) will be reviewed (confirmed) by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), the Regional Aviation Bureau, and the Airport Administrative Office to which it is submitted.

    After the review is completed, an electronic permission form will be issued (in the case of notification, a notification of acceptance will be given after confirmation).
